Focus on habit-based coaching OR macronutrient coaching depending on your experience level. Tailored towards your goal of fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain.
ONE-TIME MACRO CALCULATION
Full nutritional consultation based on your dieting history, your current goals, and your nutritional preferences. I will set your caloric intake and macronutrient targets.
ONLINE TRAINING (MONTHLY)
4-week personalized training plan created for you based on your training history, your current goals, the number of days you wish to train, body parts you want to focus on, etc. I will provide exact instructions for your program as a whole, warmup and mobility templates, and sets, reps, and videos for each exercise.
Private & Semi-Private Training
60-minute in-person training session. Includes warmup/mobility drills and a weight training focused session tailored to your goals and preferences. Training is done at a local boutique gym in Orange County , CA.
ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING/TRAINING (MONTHLY)
Everything that is included in monthly training and monthly nutrition coaching. Instead of mandatory bi-monthly check-ins, there will be mandatory weekly check-ins. Perfect option for those who are very serious about reaching their physique and health goes. I only take on clients for this option who are a 10/10 on the seriousness scale.
45-60 minutes via phone call or in-person for local clients. Covers topics including goals, macronutrient counting, nutrition structuring, strength training and cardio structuring, general planning, and any specific questions you have regarding your fitness lifestyle and how you can get started and/or enhance it!
